Why is there alcohol in your products? Do you make any alcohol-free products?

We use organic, gluten-free alcohol to preserve our tinctures, with minimal alcohol per serving—comparable to an 8oz glass of orange juice. Cider Vinegar Bitters, alcohol-free, are available since December 2016.
