Every drop is crafted by the 200+ family beekeepers who make up our 100-year-old co-op, which includes third and fourth-generation members, and each one of them is devoted to the health of their bees and the quality of their honey.

Quality honey only comes from quality beekeepers. That’s why our process starts with establishing who and where the honey is coming from. This includes co-op member, floral source and geographic location.

We Pull Samples from Member’s Honey

All honey that comes to our facility is tested* for quality. We pull honey samples that go to our internal lab where we test for certain attributes like color and moisture.

We Do More Testing* to Make Sure It Meets Our Standards

Next, the honey goes to accredited third-party labs where it goes through another series of tests that range from purity to pollen analysis.

Once the Honey Tests* Top-quality, It’s Bottled Up

After the honey passes our rigorous testing* process and it has been deemed pure, quality honey, it’s then bottled up for you to enjoy.
