Honey has been my number one sweetener for many years but my brother turned me on to Y. S. ECO BEE FARMS raw honey. It is the absolute best honey I have ever tasted and is supposed to help with your memory. I highly recommend this product.
I have a spoon of this stuff every morning with my black tea. It tastes nice and makes me feel good throughout my day. I don't feel the urge for more sweets afterwards either.
I don't really care for the debate of true raw honey, or not. I just know this taste better and it's not gross or waxy. It looks different and thicker, yes. But taste more like sweet butter and less sugary than the usual clear looking honey.
The container is plastic and is not airtight. Sometime it comes as a solid. Very simple fix, I put on top of something warm. After 15 it softens and stays that way until I finish the bottle.
Nothing ever leaks, no funny color, smell funny or mold. Same quality every time. I've been with this brand for nearly two years now and I hope it stays that way.

I have been reordering this for awhile now. While all honey tastes good by itself, I don't necessarily want the extra flavor profile in my coffee. This honey has a soft, smooth, not overly sweet flavor. It is delicious on its own or spread on a cracker as well. It is creamy and yummy. I accidentally ordered a similar, but different brand, and it wasn't the same. This sweetens my coffee without interfering with the flavor of the coffee. I have no idea how they keep this honey so consistently the same, but they do.
I bought this to add to iced tea for my wife who suffers from severe seasonal allergies. Raw honey has natural anti-oxidants and anti-histamines as long as it never exceeds 100 degrees Fahrenheit (exact temps are disputed between 104-108). Above 100, those healthy benefits die turning it to nothing but unhealthy sugar. When I decided to taste the honey I realized that I used to get honey like this when I was a kid – OMG! A dab on your finger is like eating an entire bag of sugar candy, concentrated but healthy, it satisfies the ultimate sweet tooth! The jar states it's organic, that's a marketing gimmick due to an environmental impossibility to prove, but who cares about their lies with marketing, it's the best honey available. Just make sure that the package doesn't get put in your metal mailbox on a hot summer day because the mailbox will naturally pasteurize it which turns it more fluid. Raw honey once brought to room temperature should be like a sticky thick peanut butter paste, if it's liquid, it was heated and all the healthy goodness is gone. I must now admit, I LOVE raw honey so much I'm working on replacing raw honey with all refined sugar cane in everything in my life. I've never gotten the YS Brand "overheated" due to improper handling from Amazon so this brand is my strongest recommended brand! PS – to Tea Drinkers and Bakers… Please brew your tea, let it cool to below 100 degrees, then add your honey to keep all the healthy benefits and if you use honey for baked goods try letting your baked goods cool before adding raw honey, once the honey exceeds the pasteurization threshold the flavor profile changes completely!

It is completely translucent. The previous have ALL been very opaque. Depending on the temperature in my house usually depends on how solidified the honey is throughout the year but this isn't even the same concentrate. Was it sourced from somewhere different? It is a food item, so it's usually non returnable. I have had raw honey of this consistency before, but not from this brand usually sourced from local bee keeps. Very much questioning the integrity of the product.
