UNPASTEURIZED: Did you know that brands can label their honey as RAW, even if they heat the crap out of it – which destroys most of the beneficial aspects of raw honey?! While some brands overheat their honey to 160-170°F (which destroys all of the good stuff — pollen, enzymes, and antioxidants), we only gently warm ours below 105°F (just to facilitate handling) to ensure all the good stuff, stays good!
NATURAL CACAO & VANILLA BEAN: Our cacao is completely natural and contains no alkali. Many brands use alkalized cacao which is cacao that’s treated with a solution, like potassium carbonate. Natural cacao, like what we use, is a true superfood. We only use real organic vanilla bean from Madagascar, no BS flavorings or extracts.
WHAT’S IT GOOD ON: Try it on toast, pancakes, waffles, oatmeal, pretzels, banana slices, straight off a spoon, your finger — we don’t judge! This is the perfect way to satisfy your sweet tooth without compromising on your health and wellness goals.
TEXTURE: Very thick and creamy. It’s NOT runny or liquid like normal honey. Real honey naturally crystallizes over time, but we use a special process to intentionally crystallize our honey which results in a smooth and creamy texture — without any addititives!
