Cacao Infused Honey

Our new Cacao Infused Honey is made by mixing organic cacao powder with our organic raw wildflower honey, and then sprinkling organic cacao nibs on top. The result is a rich dark and deep chocolate flavored honey. There are no artificial flavors or preservatives.

Organic Cacao Powder

The cacao powder is made from fermented, lightly-roasted fine flavor Ecuadorian Arriba criollo non-hybrid cacao. The beans are hand-selected, fermented and dried to perfection.

Organic Cacao Nibs

The cacao nibs originate from hand picked Ecuadorian Arriba criollo cacao pods. The beans are hand selected, fermented in specialized huts for approx. 3-4 days, sun-dried to perfection, crushed and winnowed (the skins removed). Our cacao does not go through a “Dutch” process nor alkalized in any way.

Organic Raw Honey from Northern Canada

We only use Oneroot’s own raw wildflower honey from the Boreal Forest of Northern Canada. We never mix, heat or filter our honey, retaining all of honey’s natural benefits. Independent laboratories regularly test our honey for traces of antibiotics and pesticides. Oneroot Honey is the most pure and clean honey from healthy bees in pristine environment.

All of our honey are tested against common contaminants and antibiotics found in our environment and farms. We voluntarily engage in this third party test every year. Because our honey comes from unpolluted norther Canadian regions, we are able to keep our bees healthy without the use of antibiotics.
