TASTE – Black Gum Tupelo honey has a light amber color and is very thick. It has a well balanced sweetness to it that pairs exceptionally well with teas. This is a prized rare honey. This raw honey Pairs exceptionally well with teas. Try some drizzled on biscuits, smoothies, coffee and on baked goods. It’s a perfect everyday natural honey. ORGANIC FLORAL SOURCES – Produced in a protected preserve that is not polluted with any pesticides or GMO crops.
SMALL BATCH BEEKEEPER HONEY – Our honey is BIO ACTIVE and COLD PACKED. Hand poured on our apiary / honey farm in Florida, USA. We bottle one barrel at a time each batch may be a little different depending on the yard the hives were located in.
NATURAL – This pure honey is lightly strained from the extractor. We leave all the good stuff from the hive in the jar. Cold packing honey and hand bottling is important to preserve the enzymes in the honey that can be destroyed with heated fast packaging lines.
NATURAL BEEKEEPING – Whenever possible we try to use natural beekeeping practices. We also have urban beekeeping initiatives and hive tours to teach others about the bees and beekeeping.
