Step 1 – oil <\/p>\n
Before first use, you should generously oil your chopping board or chopping block with Boos Blocks Mystery Oil Wood Care. Treat both sides and apply the oil with a clean cloth towards the wood grain. Let it soak in overnight. <\/p>\n

Step 2 – Wax <\/p>\n
For added protection, then apply a layer of Boos Blocks Board Cream that contains natural beeswax, creating a protective barrier against water as well as against future drying, bleaching and cracking. <\/p>\n
