Honey Creates Buzz at Natural Products Expo…

Last week the National Honey Board (NHB) exhibited at Natural Products Expo West in Anaheim, Cali. With hundreds of products on display, this is one of the largest natural products shows in the country, and honey certainly came in full force. From snack foods to beverages, and even on its own, honey created quite the buzz.

Not only is honey an ideal ingredient in manufactured food products because of its functionality, but it also proves to be a very marketable ingredient.
