Amla for Hair Care

To make Amla paste, choose any of the following ingredients to mix it with;

MilkWaterEggs

With Milk or Water:

Mix 1 tablespoon of Organic Amla Powder with 4 tablespoons of milk or water, and apply evenly on your scalp and hair. Let dry for 1-2 hours and wash off using warm water.

With Eggs:

To make a hair mask that is rich in proteins. Mix 1/2 cup of Organic Amla Powder with two eggs and apply on scalp and hair. Let dry for 1-2 hours and wash off using warm water.

Amla for Skin

Amla has numerous formidable nutrients, which make it great at cleansing your skin from deep within. When mixed with honey and papaya, amla helps in the reduction of acne, skin infections, and gives you a radiant glow from within.

Instructions:

1. Mix 2 tbsp of Organic Amla Powder with 1 tbsp. honey and papaya pulp.

2. Apply the mask onto your face and neck evenly.

3. Let it dry and wash off in 20 mins for radiant-looking skin.

Amla Smoothie

Ingredients

1 cup milk, a handful of spinach, 2 cups of berries (blueberries or raspberries), 1 tbs Organic Amla Powder, 1 tbsp. ground flaxseeds, 1–2 date, 1 banana, 1 tsp cinnamon, a dash of ground black pepper, 2 ounces of brewed green tea.

Instructions:

1. Before proceeding please, wash the greens.

2. Add the ingredients to a powerful blender along with Organic Amla Powder. Blend until smooth and serve.

3. Add a dash of honey for a sweeter taste.
